Counseling for Women’s Wellness

Find balance in your work life, family life, and in big & small life changes.

You are trying to juggle it all, get this ‘adulting’ thing right, but it's just too much

It’s been a difficult last couple of months or even years, and you’re trying to keep your chin up and do it all. The pressures and expectations from others, the personal timetable of hitting your next life milestone, or the difficulties of managing relationships and life changes has you feeling lost and exhausted.

Maybe you’ve noticed:

  • Anxious thoughts that are hard to quiet down

  • Low mood, isolating from others, and losing interest in things you usually enjoy doing

  • Negative self talk that’s affecting your self-esteem

  • Relationship stress either at home or at work

  • Feeling like you’re not good enough, and comparing yourself to others

  • Difficulties adjusting to college, a new job, or a move

Women’s Wellness and EMDR

Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing is a method used to treat symptoms of trauma for lasting change - it is not your traditional form of talk therapy. Many women have found that they are able to find relief and work towards healing in just one reprocessing session. I offer this evidence based practice for women to heal their nervous system and experience life changing results.
