EMDR Intensives

Deep, Focused Healing in a Fraction of the Time

Are you tired of feeling stuck, frustrated by how long therapy seems to take, or overwhelmed by the idea of digging into trauma week after week?

EMDR Intensives offer a powerful alternative.

Instead of spreading therapy out over months, EMDR Intensives are extended sessions (half-day, full-day, or multi-day) designed to help you process traumatic memories, resolve emotional wounds, and make meaningful progress quickly. They’re ideal for busy women who are motivated to heal but need a more efficient, focused approach.

What Is an EMDR Intensive?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven therapy for trauma, anxiety, and negative beliefs about yourself. In an intensive format, we remove the weekly time constraints and immerse you in a supportive, structured healing experience.

We move through the EMDR phases more fluidly—without stopping just as we begin to make progress. You’ll leave with more clarity, relief, and tools to support your continued healing.

Is an EMDR Intensive Right for You?

You might benefit from an EMDR Intensive if:

  • You’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or burnout and want results sooner

  • You’ve already done therapy but feel like something is still stuck

  • You want to focus on one specific issue (like a traumatic birth or childhood memory)
